Rodney Flores, 27, of Beaumont, died Sunday, July 19, 2009, in Louisiana. A native of Hampton, Virginia and a resident of Beaumont since 1999, Rodney worked at General Dynamics as a crane operator.
His grandparents, Pedro and Anisia Flores; and grandfather, Manuel Apatang preceded him in death.
Survivors include his parents, Hetbi “Herbie” and Davey Flores of Beaumont; biological mother, Barbara Flores of Guam; grandmother, Maria Apatang of Rota; God parents, Evelyn and John Flores of Alabama, Mary and Herman Camacho of Louisiana, and Ben Sablan of Arizona; God father, Renae Miranda; God son, Isaiah Armstrong of Alabama; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins, all of Guam and Rota.
Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m., Saturday, July 25, 2009, at Broussard’s Crematorium, 5150 Stivers Drive in Beaumont with Reverend Francis X. Conroy officiating.
