Clarence J. Etue, 81, of Evadale, died Friday, July 17, 2009, at his residence.
Clarence was born in Evadale where he has lived all his life and was a retired welder.
He is survived by his son, Larry Etue and his wife Diane of Evadale; daughter, Sheila Herrin and her husband Joe of Evadale; grandchildren, Annette Smith and her husband Kirk of Nederland, John Etue of Austin, and Carissa Leverkuhn and her husband John of Vidor; great grandchildren Caitlyn, Josiah, and Jacelyn Grace Leverkuhn; and sister, Letha Weisheit of Livingston.
Clarence is preceded in death by his wife, Margie L. Hester; son, Kelvin Etue; and his parents, Joe and Middie Etue.
Funeral service will be 2:00 P.M. Sunday, July 19, 2009 at Calvary Apostolic Church in Evadale with Reverend Steve McMullen officiating under the direction of Broussard’s, 490 Cemetery Road, Silsbee with burial to follow at Morse Cemetery in Buna. A gathering of family and friends will be Saturday, July 18, 2009 from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at Broussard’s.
