Dear David,

I know that no words of sympathy may ease the loss you bare, but perhaps you may find comfort in knowing that others care. Your mom was a wonderful neighbor to my parents through the years and she will be greatly missed. Always remember that those we love don't go away; they walk beside us every day. My husband and I extend deep and heartfelt sympathy to you and your family.
