Rebecca Kittell, 62, of Lumberton died Saturday, June 27, 2009, at Christus Hospital St. Elizabeth in Beaumont.
A native of Beaumont, Texas, Rebecca lived in the Lumberton area twenty years and was a retired registered nurse at St. Elizabeth.
She is survived by her son; Kenneth Wilson of Lumberton; daughters, Kimberly Chesson of Silsbee, Karen Creighton of Monroe, Georgia, and Kitsy Gaspard of Lumberton; grandchildren, Trystin Wilson, Alexandria Creighton, Danielle Creighton, Catherine Creighton, Ella Gaspard, and Hayden Gaspard.
Rebecca is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Kittell; and parents, Beavis and Annie Wilson.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 3:00 P.M. Tuesday, June 30, 2009, at Infant Jesus Catholic Church with burial to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Beaumont, under the direction of Broussard’s, 490 Cemetery Road, Silsbee. A gathering of family and friends will be Monday, June 29, 2009 from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at Broussard’s with a Rosary recited at 7:00 P.M.
