Harland D. “Bubba” Boykin, 62, of Beaumont, died Wednesday, April 29, 2009 at Christus Hospital St. Elizabeth in Beaumont. He was a native of Leon County, Texas and a resident of Beaumont for the past eight years.
His parents, Bessie and Oliver Boykin; and twin brother, Harvey Dan Boykin, preceded him in death.
Survivors include his sister, Margaret Davidson of LaBelle; brother, Donnie Boykin and his wife Judith of Spring; aunts, Billie Cooper and her husband Gene of Buffalo, Ruby Holst of Orange and Mary Spence of Sandia; and many other loving family members.
A graveside service will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, May 1, 2009 at Brushy Cemetery in Buffalo, Texas under the direction of Broussard’s, 2000 McFaddin, Beaumont.
