I am the friend of Bonnie's that helped with Cecil. She told me about Mr. Peltier and I would like to extend my condolences to the family. He was an extremely sweet man and loved by all. I know you all have had lots of heart ache, but just know that there is not one tear that falls that the Lord doesn't know about. God Bless you all in your time of grief.
