Josephine Adeline McDaniel

Josephine McDaniel was...is my Grandmother. She had a huge impact on my life, that I finally got my stuff together and am self-sufficient can be contributed to the fact that I love her very much. Not only do I want to be like her, I would like my child to grow up knowing the many things she taught me. Loving the animals of the Earth and taking care of them, brushing my 'toofies', going outside to play, correcting my own grammer (even at the age of 41:)...and, well...not putting a smiley face in the middle of a sentence:) Or at the end! My Grandmother grew up in hard times, and was always frugal. She used coupns and always bought store brands or what was on sale. Except for things like Rotel...which really can't be substituted:) Again that smiley-face. She always made 'pink stuff' and rolls for Thanksgiving at Aunt Dorothy's house...and every Forth of July, had folks sitting in the driveway...drinks in hand. I believe it was her good friend, Ms. Stokely who bought us the sparklers, which we enjoyed very much. Mrs. White, John and Sharon were never far away. Thank you to all of her friends...Mrs. White especially, who took her food every day and Ms. Stokely who always brouhgt her paper up the drive to place on the car in the carport. She loved ya'll, I am so glad that ya'll loved her. I love you Grandmother, and I will never forget you as long as I live. I pray God will put my house next to yours in Heaven. I'd like to come and visit.I miss you so much.

I will miss her.
