I just wanted to Thank everyone that has said such nice things about my mom. She was truly a wonderful woman. Not only was she my mother but she was my best friend. I have learned so many things from my mom in the last 20 or so years of my life. We never saw eye to eye when I was growing up but how many teenagers get along with their mom's? Me and mom always said we saved the last part of our lives to be really close to each other. We did everything together and that I will miss so much. I wish I could have had my mom around for another 20 years but that was not meant to be. I'm glad my mom didn't suffer too long, and she died at my home with her family and I wouldn't have had it any other way. I just want to say a BIG Thank you so much to Odessy Hospice for all the help I had from them in the last week of mom's life. They were our Angels from above. God Bless everyone and tell your loved ones that you love them everyday because one day you will not have the chance.

I have just returned from a business trip abroad and received the notice from Susie Fortenberry. Mary Ann and I went to school together way back at Assumption and then to South Park. I haven't seen Mary Ann in many years, but, was sadden to hear of her passing. We lived very close to each other in Beaumont and I remember seeing her quite a bit. Once I graduated from Lamar and moved to Austin, I only see my old buddies at the South Park reunions. My prayers and thoughts go out to Mary Ann and her family.

Sincerely,
Joe Gallio

Melissa and Suzanne,
My deepest sympathy to both of you and your families. I really enjoyed the time we worked together at Mac Arthur when you attended school there. She was wonderful and will be truly missed. My love and prayers are with you.
