Annabelle Nicar, 87, of High Island, died February 17, 2009 at the Arboretum of Winnie.
Graveside services will be 1:00 p.m. Thursday in High Island Cemetery under the direction of Broussard’s in Winnie.
Annabelle is survived by her brothers, John Taylor Kane, Jr., Donald Teddy Kane both of High Island; sisters, Rosa Lee Stone of Beaumont, Gloria Faye Kersh of West Columbia, Irene E. Merchant of High Island, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Johnny R. “Dick” Nicar.
