I will always remember Tikka as a very sweet and caring lady with a beautiful smile and laughing eyes. She always asked about everyone's well being and never forgot anyone. She included everyone as family and when we were her guests in Port Arthur during Mary Etta and Jack's wedding festivities she made us feel very welcome. I loved her spunk and determination and feel that this has been a gift passed down to her family. She was the matriarch of her family and yet, she and Jack Sr. worked as a team. They will now be a team in Heaven. What an inspiration for the rest of us! ( I am Mary Etta's sister and so Elrita was kind of like an adopted Mother-in-law. I did not see her often, but I kept in touch regularly through Jack and Mary Etta. She will be truly missed. P.S. Elrita almost made it to her 81st birthday!

Please accept our deepest sympathies on the loss of Jack's mother. But how wonderful to know that for those of us who know the Lord, there are no goodbye's, only "I'll see you when I see you". Jack's mother now sits at the foot of God and shares the joy of eternal peace. God Bless you both and grant you His peace as you go through this life without her physical presence knowing a joyful reunion awaits you in God's good time.
