Randy, Ben, and Tyler,
I know you miss Corliss profoundly and you should. She was a wonderful woman with a wide impact. Please know that you have a loving community behind you as you try to adjust to a world without this positive force present in a material way. You should be able to continue to take comfort that the positive force is sustained in the good memories we have of Corliss and your family.

We are saddened to hear of the passing of our dear friend and neighbor, Corliss. She was an inspiration to us in so many ways. Corliss was a loving wife and mother, gifted teacher, devoted dog lover, and terrific neighbor. It is easy to recall her cheerful smile - even as she battled this terrible disease. I recall her kindess in sharing teaching tips to our daughter who was tutoring international students. Corliss even passed along many hand-made instructional materials so Cassie would have them available. Randy and Corliss hired our kids for odd jobs and our kids relished their attention and praise. We miss them both as neighbors and now we entrust Corliss to Our Lord. May she enjoy His glory and Randy & boys find comfort in His promises.

Randy, our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. We always admired Corliss and her fearlessness while battling ALS. Although short it was nice having you as neighbors.
