Billy Gene Menge, 81, of Beaumont passed away Saturday, January 3, 2009 at Memorial Hermann Baptist Beaumont Hospital. Bill liked collecting the new quarters and making sure his friends did too. He bred Appaloosa horses in the 60’s and 70’s and enjoyed spending time on his tractor mowing.
