Visits to Lou always brightened my days. Her smile was a gift she shared with everyone who entered her room. Her enthusiasm and delight made every outing we took an adventure...savoring a cappuccino on her first trip to Starbucks, wheeling up and down the aisles at Target looking for the perfect feather duster, enjoying a cup of gumbo at Pappadeaux, buying the cute little purse at the eye doctor...simple pleasures that meant so much.

Lou was truly a blessing in my life. She will always be missed.

Lou was a very special lady and very dear to me. I enjoyed my visits with her and though she was in a lot of pain from all of her health problems, she always had a smile on her face and a positive attitude. I enjoyed listening to her stories and sharing mine. She kept the staff at the Concierge in check specially when it came to Roy's care. I miss her greatly.

Lou will be missed greatly. I will especially miss the notes in her Christmas cards when she would always remind me how fortunate she and I were to have the two most wonderful husbands in the world. I naturally and honestly agreed with her. She was a precious and beautiful lady.
