Delores Taylor, 74, of Nederland, Texas, passed away Wednesday, October 22, 2008 at Hermann Memorial Baptist Hospital in Beaumont.

Delores was a native of Vinton, Louisiana and lived in Nederland for the past year.

Mrs. Taylor was preceded in death by her husband, Gerald Taylor Sr. son, Kenny Singletary, her parents and two brothers. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.

Mrs. Taylor is survived by her daughter, Darla Bean and husband Dale of Sour Lake; son, Tim Peyton of Silsbee; six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Delores is also survived by her sisters, Joy Bergeron and husband Knox, Amelia McRae, Rebecca Hollier; brother, Art Dugas and wife JaDene, Jerry Dugas; and many family and friends.

You were taken from us suddenly, not a chance to say goodbye,
Not a day has passed without tears in our eyes.
It will be difficult to go on without you each day,
