William Emery “Bill” Richard
William Emery “Bill” Richard, 23, of Sour Lake died February 27, 2004 at Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital. A native of Beaumont and resident of Central, Texas for most of his life before moving to Sour Lake, Bill was a waiter at Olive Garden.
He is survived by his mother, Sylvia Hicks of Waco; father, Michael Richard of Sour Lake; stepfather, Michael Hicks of Waco; half brother, John Michael Richard of Sour Lake; grandparents, Malissie Bailey and Bill Bailey of Orange and Jean Richard and Emery Richard of Sulphur, Louisiana; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family members.
A Memorial Service will be 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, March 3, 2004 at Broussard’s Chapel, 2000 McFaddin, Beaumont. A gathering of family and friends will follow the service at the mortuary.
