Anna Belle Calmia Davies, 88, of Beaumont, died Saturday, September 6, 2008 at Courtyard Convalescent Center in Houston.
She was born August 13, 1920 to Charles H. Calmia, Sr. and Vivian Box in Beaumont, Texas. Mrs. Davies was a longtime member of South Park Baptist Church.
Survivors include her daughter, Debra Huffman; grandchildren, William Huffman and Mari Huffman all of Houston; brother, Charles H. Calmia and his wife Anna Ruth of Beaumont; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Her life mate of fifty-seven years, Forest Byron Davies preceded her in death.
Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 10, 2008 at Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont with burial to follow at Haven of Rest Cemetery. A gathering of family and friends will begin at 12 Noon Wednesday until time of service at the Mortuary.
