Margaret Henn, 83 of Nederland, died at Baylor Medical Center in Irving, Texas on Monday, September 1, 2008.
A visitation was held on Wednesday at Broussard's Mortuary in Nederland, Texas. A graveside service is scheduled for 11:00 a.m. at German Methodist Cemetery in Cedar Lake, Indiana with Dr. Brad McCoy officiating.
Mrs. Henn was a native of Hammond, Indiana, and has lived in Nederland since 1991. A member of Hope Lutheran Church in Indiana, Margaret attended and was very active at the Seventh Street Baptist Church in Nederland. She was an accomplished bowler and an avid Chicago Cubs baseball fan. Mrs. Henn worked for many years at Lowell Dry Cleaners in Lowell, Indiana.
Her husband Raymond Henry Henn preceded her in death. Survivors include her sister; Frances McCoy of Nederland, half sister; Edna Craft of Portage, Michigan, half brothers; William Ross of Granbury, Texas and Roy Ross of South Carolina, nephew; Dr. Brad McCoy of Duncan, Oklahoma, nieces; Karin Dowers of Vidor, Texas, Peggy Lee and Brenda Burkhalter of Nederland, Texas and many other nieces and nephews.
