NESEB “C.B.” THOMAS
Neseb “C.B.” Thomas, 83, of Beaumont died Sunday, February 1, 2004 at Memorial Hermann Baptist Beaumont Hospital. A native of Cleveland, Ohio and Beaumont resident since 1927, Mr. Thomas retired after fifty years of owning John Thomas Candy Company. He was a United States World War II Army veteran.
Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, February 4, 2004 at St. Michael’s Orthodox Christian Church followed by burial in Forest Lawn Memorial Park under the direction of Broussard’s, 2000 McFaddin, Beaumont. A Trisagion will be 7:00 p.m. Tuesday evening, February 3, 2004 at the mortuary.
Survivors include his wife, Norma Thomas of Beaumont; sons, John M. Thomas of Beaumont, Rick M. Thomas of Bevil Oaks, and Craig W. Thomas and his wife Claudia of Beaumont; daughters, Sharon L. Hightower and her husband Roger C., Jr. and Karla R. Thomas all of Beaumont; grandchildren, Brittanny Hightower, John Michael Thomas, Jr., Holly Thomas, Garrett Thomas, Tyler Thomas, Taylor Hightower, and Roger C. Hightower, III “Trey”; great grandchild, Kailey Thomas; and sister, Amelia Edd of Beaumont.
