Hoyt was a philosopher, mentor, friend and, along with Alex, a role-model back in 1969. He would often say, "Mike, son...more graves have been dug...." Life lessons I have passed on to my son, noting Hoyt as the author. A wonderful man.

We are so sorry to hear of the passing of a wonderful man. He was a favorite of both of La'Nell's parents. Hoyt was the type of man who could take a good joke as well as give it back! As a fellow human being, Hoyt is going to be missed by the entire human race for his care, compassion and generosity of self to others! Blessed Be Hoyt!
