Helen N. Redick, 87, of Nederland passed away on Thursday, July 31, 2008 at Gulf Healthcare in Port Arthur.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am on Saturday, August 02, 2008 in the chapel of Broussard’s in Nederland with Reverend Jesse Brannen officiating. Entombment will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park in Groves. A gathering of the family and friends will be from 5:00pm to 8:00 pm on Friday at the mortuary.
Helen was a native of Troupe, Texas and lived in the Golden Triangle Area since 1955. She was a member of United Methodist Church in Port Arthur. Helen was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Redick and son, Jim Redick.
Helen is survived by her daughter, Bonnie Redick of Austin; son, Steve Redick and wife Jean of Orangefield; grandchildren, Holly Pruitt, Leslie Edgerton, Jase Redick, and Matt Redick; five great-grandchildren, sisters, Nora Musick and Cynthia; brothers, Gerald Nesbitt, and Dick Nesbitt; and a host of other family and friends.
