Billy was always a good friend of mine. He was a fellow classmate at HF High School. He had a great smile and was always in a good mood. He will be greatly missed. My thoughts and prayers go out to the remaining family and friends. God Speed Billy, we will all be together some day.

Today is 2 months since I've lost the chance to talk to you,,to tell you all kind's of thing's going on in my life. Wow,,,,to see the outpouring of love from the community has been so amazing. I do have alot of pride in the fact that my brother, Billy Riley, had such an abundance of friends, real people with such love for you. How many times did I kneel down to serve as "catcher" for you. Your pitch's were usually alway's straight and true, like you! I remember seeing you throw a football on the field at HF highschool,,knowing you was the greatest quarterback of all,,,everything you did,,you did it all out,,and the best. Thing is,,I alway's thought this about you,,,you was,,without a doubt, the best sportsman I've ever known, and you will alway's be in my heart. As our last conversation when on the phone went, "Love You".

Your Brother,

Coda

PS: May you alway's fly with the wind to your back
