Martha Ann Debes, 75, of Beaumont, died June 26, 2008 at her residence.
A native of Grayson, Louisiana, Martha lived in Beaumont for most of her life and was the owner of Debes’ Liquor.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Tommy Debes; and mother, Martha Shaw. She is survived by her sisters, Frances Edgar of Groves and Thonia Langley of Vidor; brothers, Al Shaw and wife Dorothy of Mauriceville, and Bobby Shaw and wife Nelda of Beaumont; niece, Ann Guidry and husband Ray of Groves; stepdaughter, Mrs .Frank McClanahan; and stepdaughter-in-law, Alma Debes; her beloved pet, Daisy; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other loving family members.
Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m., Saturday, June 28, 2008 at Broussard’s, 2000 McFaddin, Beaumont with burial to follow at Magnolia Cemetery. A gathering of family and friends will be from 12:00 p.m. until the time of service Saturday at the Mortuary.
