My thoughts and prayers are with the family for the loss of a very fine gentleman. I knew Bill through the Port Arthur Kiwanis. He always a beautiful person and always had a smile on his face.

I am so sorry to hear of Bill's passing. We worked together at Stephen F. Austin in Port Acres early in both of our careers. God Bless your family. George

(We call “Bill” Lewis in South Carolina.) Lewis will be greatly missed by his family and friends in South Carolina. Lewis, Judy, and their children visited his parents and family almost every year, All of us were always very excited and looked forward to their visits. Lewis grew up in a Christian home filled with happiness and love. His parents and family were very proud of him and his family. Lewis and Judy continued to visit the family even after his mother’s death. They stayed with us (his brother George’s family). We always had a wonderful time together, especially on the Fourth of July when we would have a family reunion and fireworks at our house. Lewis always bought the last part of the fireworks which was called “the Grand Finale.” We waited anxiously for “the Grand Finale.” We remember the good times we had together and the love we shared as a family. We dearly love his whole family and hope that they will continue to visit us in South Carolina. We are very grateful to Lewis and Judy’s friends for their close friendship and caring support. George, Dora Jean, and family
