Evelyn Marie Aldridge, 80 of Nederland, passed away Thursday, June 12, 2008 at her residence.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm on Sunday, June 15, 2008 at Broussard’s in Nederland, with the Reverend Frank Hodges officiating. A gathering of family and friends will begin at 12 noon on Sunday and conclude at service time. Interment will follow at Oak Bluff Memorial Park in Port Neches, Texas.
Mrs. Aldridge has lived in Nederland since 1954 and was an active member of the Women Auxiliary of the D.A.V.
She is survived by her husband; Bill Aldridge of Nederland, daughters; Karen Pondexter and husband Doug of Port Neches, Betty Parish and husband John of Robeline, Louisiana, Brenda Scates and husband Winston of Rio Rancho, New Mexico, sons; Leon Aldridge of Beauxart Gardens, David Aldridge and sister; Libby Lake of Williamsburg, Michigan.
