Gladys “Susie” Pecora, 80, of Beaumont, died June 10, 2008 in Houston.
A native of Harper, Kansas and resident of Beaumont since 1948, Susie was a retired secretary.
She is survived by her husband of fifty-eight years, Morris Pecora of Beaumont; sons, Steven Pecora and wife Pam of New Caney and Vincent Pecora and wife Nancy of Breckenridge; daughter, Janet Hooper and husband Ray of Beaumont; nine grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; brothers, Ernest Ozbun of Chula Vista, California and Harold Ozbun of Wichita, Kansas; and sister, Betty Norris of Las Vegas, Nevada.
A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated 2:00 p.m. Friday, June 13, 2008 at St. Jude Thaddeus Catholic Church with interment to follow at Magnolia Cemetery under the direction of Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont. A gathering of family and friends will be from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Thursday, June 12, 2008 at the mortuary.
