Lucille Virginia Neyer, 79, of Beaumont, passed away June 2, 2008. Born October 14, 1928 in Lexington, Oklahoma and resident of the area since 1974, Lucille was a distributor for Shaklee. She was a member of St. Mary Church and president of St. Mary’s Women’s Club in Ardmore, Oklahoma, and a member of St. Anne Catholic Church and St. Anne’s 49 Club in Beaumont, Texas.
She was preceded in death by her parents, William Evan and Maude Ellen Morrison and two brothers, Richard Leon and Bill Morrison. Survivors include her husband, Richard Thomas Neyer of Beaumont; children, Sandra Lucille Welch of Ardmore, Oklahoma, Mary Kathryn Russell of Beaumont, Carole Diane Howell of McKinney, and Linda Susan Farris of Sour Lake; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11:00 a.m., Thursday, June 5, 2008 at St. Anne Catholic Church under the direction of Broussard’s, 2000 McFaddin, Beaumont. A Christian vigil will be 6:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 4 2008 at the mortuary. Burial will be 11:00 a.m., Saturday, June 7, 2008 at Rest Haven Memorial Gardens in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
