Horald Virgil “Lucky” Watson, 82, of Bevil Oaks died May 23, 2008. A native of Clovis, New Mexico and a resident of the area for the past forty-two years, Lucky was a retired Staff Sergeant with the United States Air Force.
He is survived by his wife of forty-two years, Winnie Watson of Bevil Oaks; sons, David Watson and his wife, Deanna of Montgomery and Vance Watson and his wife, Tanya of Baytown; daughter, Cynthia Andrews and her husband, Ed of Tacoma, Washington; ten grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; and his sister, Ellen Pickett of Liberty. Lucky was preceded in death by his sons, Timothy Watson and Horald V. Watson, Jr.
Funeral service will be 10:00 A.M. Wednesday, May 28, 2008 at Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont. A gathering of family and friends will be Tuesday evening, May 27, 2008 from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at the mortuary. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive.
