Pauline “Doodle” Gregory, 92 formerly of Port Arthur died May 20, 2008 at Christus Hospital St. Elizabeth in Beaumont.
Funeral service will be 11:00 AM, Friday, May 23, 2008 at Broussard’s Mortuary in Nederland with Rev. Dr. Ray Meador officiating. Interment will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park in Groves. A gathering of family and friends will be 6:00 – 8:00 PM, Thursday at the mortuary.
Mrs. Gregory was a native of Kansas and lived most of her life in Port Arthur before moving to Watuga. She retired as a department manager with Sears and Roebuck and was a member of Memorial Baptist Church in Port Arthur
She was preceded in death by her husband, Fred Gregory; son, Freddie Gregory; and great grandchild, Quentin Klein. She is survived by her two daughters, Vicki McKinzie of Watuga, Barbara Broussard and her husband James of Beaumont; daughter-in-law, June Gregory of Bridge City; ten grandchildren, Cheri Fama and husband Alan, Jim Broussard and wife Paula, Catherin Klein and husband Brad, Karen Guerriero and husband Layng, Sharon Gregory, Darin Gregory and wife Tara, Blake Burrows and wife Renee, Cari Dietz and husband Rick, Marci Allen and husband Randy, Gregory McKinzie and wife Megan and eighteen great grandchildren.
