My name is Deontray, Coty's boyfriend. Coty and I had our ups and downs, but loved one another. Our fourth anniversary is May 30, 2008, which is my birthday. At the time of her death, I was incarcerated at the J.C.C.F. for failure to I.D, and I believe in my heart that if I was home she'll be here today. My heart hurts so bad knowing she's not here anymore. In her last letter to me she said she couldn't sleep at night without me being there by her side. My heart goes out to all family members especially Casey and Asia. Coty, I love you and you'll always have a place in my heart.

I'm reminded of the 23rd chapter of the book of Job, verses 8 through 10 where Job said "Behold, I go forward, but He is not there; and backward, but I cannot perceive Him: On the left hand, where He doth work, but I cannot behold Him: He hideth himself on the right hand, that I cannot see Him: But He knoweth the way that I take: when He hath tried me, I shall come forth as gold." Connie, I wish I could take away your hurt, you know I was always there right on your shadow at Wal Mart. I could not bekive this, I ran by our house today and left you my phone number if you ever need me to talk, you know any hour too....I hate to sleep, afraid I might miss something. In life u never know why something happens and I've heard you never question God why! That God only loans us these precious babies until he is ready for them back. I call them babies in our hearts they always will be. Mine are 21 and he is in the Marines, and my 24 is leaving for the Marines in late July. Coty was always a beautiful girl with that beautiful spirit you breathed into her when you gave birth to her. Now you have a star in heaven that you can call your very own, it wont make it easier but your Grandbabies are gonna be blessed with the having you for a full time GrandMommy you will see her face everyday in them two..Please call me when you need a shoulder to talk, cry, fuss or just need to fill some empty time. I loved having you to talk to at work u kept me sane, so please always know u hold a very special place in my heart.....and my condolences also goes out to Tiff.....Maybe this is a nightmare and we will wake up soon, well I guess life is like a nightmare if it werent for knowing there is another side and God waits on us it would be eternally scarey.....Love you Connie, Tiff and sleep sweetly dear Coty God must have wanted that pretty flower for his garden.....Love to you all Connie.........It's not goodbye Coty , it's we will see you soon Coty.......xoxooxox
