Joshua Jay Tucker, 24, of Beaumont, died Thursday, May 15, 2008. A native of Winterset, Iowa and resident of the Beaumont area since1992, Jay worked in sales.
Jay was very artistic and enjoyed mixing music and drawing. He was also an avid X-Box video gamer and was very proficient at many games.
Survivors include his parents Noel Tucker and Teresa Tucker both of Beaumont; brother, Seth Tucker of Beaumont; grandparents, Max Tucker and his wife Mary Jo of Macksburg, Iowa, Keith Schumaker of Niangua, Missouri; great grandmother, Mabel Schumaker of Davenport, Iowa; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A graveside service will be 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, May 21, 2008 at Haven of Rest Cemetery in Beaumont under the direction of Broussard’s, 2000 McFaddin, Beaumont. A gathering of family and friends will be from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 20, 2008 at the Mortuary.
