Stella Castille McSwain, 84, of Beaumont died May 5, 2008 at The Oaks in Beaumont. A native of Lake Arthur, Louisiana and a resident of the area for the past fifty-five years, Stella retired from the Jefferson County Courthouse.
She is survived by her son, Dean McSwain of Lumberton; daughter, Sharon McSwain of Beaumont; granddaughter, Shannon McSwain Smith of Lake Charles; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Thursday, May 8, 2008 at Broussard’s, 2000 McFaddin, Beaumont with burial to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park. A Christian Vigil will be 6:00 P.M. Wednesday evening May 7, 2008 at the mortuary.
