Betty Lou Geldard Andros, 82, died Saturday, May 3, 2008 in Ocean Springs, Mississippi.
A native of Beaumont, Betty graduated from Beaumont High School and was a manager for City of Beaumont Credit Union. She loved to play bingo, thirty-one, solitaire and reading romance novels.
Betty was preceded in death by her husband, Hardy Ogden Andros; and sisters, Rayburn Wagner and Peggy Fuller. She is survived by her sons, Rick Andros and his wife Kay of Ocean Springs, Mississippi, Ronny Andros of Dam Bee, and Jimmy Courville and his wife Linda of Beaumont; two daughters, Candy Andros Nortman of Nederland, Pam Geldard McKinley and her husband Ken of Beaumont; ten grandchildren, Amber Kerwin Clary, Teryn Kraemer, Joey Nortman, Christi Nortman, Dustin Andros, Zack Andros, C.J. Andros, Ken Courville, Kevin Courville, and Jeff Courville; five great grandchildren, Braeden Clary, Molly Grace Clary, Madison Kraemer, Kylie Courville, and Hayden Courville; brother, Robert Geldard of Longview; and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, May 7, 2008 at Broussard’s, 2000 McFaddin, Beaumont with burial to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park. A gathering of family and friends will be Tuesday, May 6, 2008 from 6:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. at the mortuary.
