Henry Lee Arnold, 77 of Nederland, died May 2, 2008 at The Medical Center of Southeast Texas.
Funeral Services are scheduled for 10:00 AM, Tuesday, May 6, 2008 at Broussard’s in Nederland, with Reverend Constantino Barrera officiating. A gathering of family and friends is scheduled for Monday evening 5:00-8:00pm with a Rosary at 6:00pm. Interment with military honors will take place at Oak Bluff Memorial Park in Port Neches.
A native of Shuteston, Louisiana, Mr. Arnold lived in Nederland for most of his life, retiring from Texaco as a welder with 35 years of service. He was a veteran of the Korean War serving his country in the United States Army. Mr. Arnold was also a member of St. Charles Catholic Church in Nederland.
Survivors include three sons; Byron Arnold and wife Sheila of Port Neches, Rodney Arnold and wife Libby of Bridge City and Marty Arnold and wife Marcella of Port Neches, sister; Mercedes Henry of Opelousas, LA., brother; Easton Arnold of Nederland, seven grandchildren; Mike Stansbury, Eddie Arnold, Steve Arnold, Andy Arnold, Mary Ann Boutte, Chris Sturgis and Cassie Arnold also nine great grandchildren.
