John William Hazelwood, 55, of China, died July 5, 2004, at his residence. A native of China and a lifetime resident of the area, John was the owner of Brick-Me Masonry. A veteran of the U.S. Army he served during the Vietnam Conflict.
Memorial Service will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, July 10, 2004 at Broussard’s, 1605 N. Major Drive, Beaumont. Internment of his cremated body will be 4:00 p.m. Saturday afternoon at China Cemetery.
John was survived by his father, James L. Hazelwood of China; sisters, Rose Doby and husband Calvin and Patricia Carrell all of Beaumont; several half brothers and sister; several nieces, nephews, and special cousins.
