Virgine “Pat” Ferguson, 89, of China, died Thursday, May 1, 2008. She was a native and life long resident of China.
Her husband, Wilburn Ferguson; and son, Charles Ferguson; daughter, Delores Scheeler; parents, Lorenzo and Clemence (Leger) Daigle; grandson, Alan Ferguson; two sisters; and a brother preceded her in death.
Survivors include her sons, Ronald Ferguson and his wife Roberta of Hardin, Dennis Ferguson of Beaumont, Gary Ferguson and Gregg Ferguson and his wife Diana all of China; daughters, Dianne Clement and her husband Ernest and Glenda Brunson and her husband Steve all of China; daughter-in-law, Darlice Ferguson of China; sister, Loree Molitar of China; nineteen grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; and numerous step-grandchildren and step-great grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, May 3, 2008 at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church in China with burial to follow at China Cemetery under the direction of Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont. A gathering of family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. with a Rosary recited at 6:00 p.m. Friday, May 2, 2008 at the church.
