A POEM TO MY WONDERFUL DADDY!!! Daddy, O Daddy How could this be? That you so abruptly left me? The days are so long and the nights even longer, My yearning to hug you again grows stronger and stronger. All I ever want to do in life is make you proud, Now you can, and will see that as you sit on a cloud. Having you now as my Guardian Angel, Makes me smile and see life from a whole new angle. Although we've told each other a trillion "I Love You's" Just one more time of us saying it is all I want to do! But I do understand that life must go on, And for you I will surely stand strong. As you look down on me from your cloud, I see you telling me to smile and get rid of my frown! I laugh and think back on how I was your "po-dunk", You went away too soon, who woulda' thunk. And now your with GOD and have a whole new life, Flying high in the sky, just like a kite. But as they say all things come to an end, Daddy, O Daddy I long for the day I can hug you and tell you I love you again!! I LOVE YOU DADDY AND I MISS YOU SOOO MUCH!! YOU MEAN THE WORLD TO ME!!

Thank you, Walt! Thank you for being the friend you were. For the help you so freely gave to all of us. For the assistance to all at the new faces at the Model airplane field that you so graciously took such loving care of. For the many favors you did for all of us at one time or another. We'll fly together at the Great Field one day. Till then, Goodbye my friend. I will never forget!
