Joshua Robert Tyrrell Garth, 32, of Beaumont died Tuesday, March 4, 2008. He was born on July 5, 1975 and was a life long resident of Beaumont.
Survivors include his son, Jackson Garth of Lumberton; daughter, Kaelyn Vaughn of Lumberton; parents, Tyrrell L. Garth and Connie J. Garth of Beaumont; sister, Jessica Garth Whitney and husband Jason of Beaumont; grandparents, Mary Jane Garth and Jessie P. Harty of Beaumont; one nephew, Ty Abshire; three nieces, Tory Abshire, Tate Whitney, and True Whitney; and other loving family members.
Josh will be remembered as a gentle and kind man whose greatest joy was spending time with his children. The family will never forget his boyish enthusiasm in catching a fish or in coordinating the holiday fireworks. His spirit is now in God’s hands, and the memories of the short time we had with him on earth will always be treasured by his family.
Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, March 8, 2008 at Broussard’s, 2000 McFaddin, Beaumont with burial to follow at Magnolia Cemetery. A gathering of family and friends will be 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Friday evening, March 7, 2008 at the mortuary.
