Joya Cruthirds, 84, of Beaumont died February 7, 2008 at Memorial Hermann Beaumont Baptist Hospital. A native and life long resident of Beaumont, Joya enjoyed cooking and loved to travel with her husband, Raymond, throughout the United States in their RV.
Survivors include her husband, Raymond Cruthirds; nephews, Charles Sistrunk and Rod Sistrunk; and other loving family and friends.
Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Sunday, February 10, 2008 Broussard’s, 2000 McFaddin with burial to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park. A gathering of family and friends will be 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m.Saturday, February 9, 2008 at the mortuary.
