Shirley Jane Wallace, 74, of Beaumont died Thursday, January 17, 2008 at Christus Hospital St. Elizabeth. A native of Crockett and formerly of Groveton, Shirley was a resident of Beaumont for fifty-five years.
Survivors include her son, Damon Earl Wallace; daughter, Brenda Jane Wallace; two sisters, Dimple Deaton and Emma May Stewart; brothers, Warren Ables and Robert Ables; four grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.
Her husband, Jack Wallace; sisters, Savola Valenta, Bernice Stevenson, and Bonnie King; and brother, Calvin Ables preceded Shirley in death.
Funeral service will be 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 23, 2008 at Broussard’s Crematorium, 5150 Stivers Drive, Beaumont.
