Ola Mae Scott, 87, of Nederland passed away on Saturday, January 5, 2008 at Christus St. Mary's Hospital in Port Arthur.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am on Wednesday, January 9, 2008 in the chapel of Broussard's in Nederland. Entombment will follow in Oak Bluff Memorial Park in Port Neches. A gathering of the family and friends will be from 5:00pm to 8:00 pm on Tuesday at the mortuary.
Ola Mae was a native of Buna and lived in Nederland since 1942. Ola Mae was a LVN in Private Care for many years. She was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church in Nederland. She was preceded by her husband, Edwin Theodore Scott.
Mrs. Scott is survived by her daughters, Betty Gold and husband Henry of Lipan, Texas, Vivian Spell of Nederland, and Carolyn Dixon of Nederland; sons, Arthur F. Scott and wife Alice of Nederland, and Bruce W. Scott and wife Wynette of Winnie; grandchildren, Terry Robin, Tina Vidalier, Anita Infante, Rhonda Crim, Brad Driggars, Mark Henry Spell, Mark Troy Spell, Rae S. Spell, Jeff Dixon, Jennifer Fitzgerald, Amy Caston, Becky Norman; great grandchildren, Jennifer Nesom, Sharayena Robin, Amber Thibodeaux, Tiffany Vidalier, Scotty Vidalier, Tiana "Tia" Greer, Hannah Vidalier, Brittany Infante, Ashley Crim, Amanda Crim, Ronnie Crim, Tyler Driggars, Amanda Driggars, Ryan Driggars, Tenna Wilcox, Minh Spell, McKenzie Spell, Keagan Gay, Macy Brown, Ashlee Hill, Austin Hill, Gage Dixon, Gianna Dixon, Braden Fitzgerald, Ivan Norman; great-great grandchildren, Alexandria Faulkner, Logan Faulkner, Brendon Robin, Katie Robin, Joey Robin, Kaidon Thibodeaux, Kyla Thibodeaux, Chole Crim and Callie Crim; sisters, Inez Sharp of Silsbee, and Frances Tillery of Waller; and a host of other relatives and friends.
