My sister, DeLana and I are Lynde's kids. My Grandmother was a great fisherman, cook, friend, ear, and a wonderful person. I will never forget spending summers with her in Beaumont, and at the beach. She always found a way to look on the bright side of life. She was always there to listen to me everytime I had something to say. I will always be greatful for the time that she spent with my sister and I, and I loved being her grandson. I love her very much and I will miss her always. -Matthew Waterer

I will miss my Maw Maw dearly! She was always there with a smile and a positive word. I'll never forget how wonderful she made my childhood and how loved I felt when I was around her. I always looked forward to spending summers at her house and at the beach. I am disappointed that she never got me meet her new great granddaughter Hannah but I am happy that I have such wonderful memories to share with her as she grows up.
