Pauline Nett Abney, 80, of Sour Lake died Thursday, November 22, 2007 at Christus Hospital St. Elizabeth. A native and lifelong resident of Sour Lake, born on February 15, 1927 to George and Lillie (Means) Nett, she was a faithful member of First Baptist Church in Sour Lake.
She is survived by her daughter, Paulette Julian of Sour Lake; grandchildren, Jeff Julian and wife Kim of Sour Lake and Brandy Cline and fiancé Kenny Bailey of Wildwood; great-grandchildren, Tiffanee and Mason Julian, and brother, James Nett and wife Shirley of Sour Lake.
Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, November 24, 2007 at First Baptist Church in Sour Lake, 325 W. 7th Street, followed by burial at Rosedale Cemetery in Sour Lake under the direction of Broussard’s, 530 W. Monroe, Kountze.
