Don “Eddy” Shaw, 45, of Winnie died April 18, 2004. He resided most of his life in the Hull-Daisetta area before moving to Winnie. He was formerly employed with Alltel for eighteen years and was currently employed as a pumper with East Production.
Eddy is survived by his wife, Pat Shaw of Winnie; mother, Kathryn Shaw of Hull; sons, Brandon Shaw of Pasadena and Shawn Shaw of Kemah; stepson, D. R. Turner of Winnie; stepdaughter, Tasha Turner of Winnie; brother, Douglas Shaw of Hull; sisters, Ellen Coons of Kinder, Louisiana and Bonnie DeHart of Wheatherford; as well as aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 20, 2004 at First United Pentecostal Church of Winnie followed by burial at Guidry Cemetery under the direction of Broussard’s, 134 W. Buccaneer, Winnie. A gathering of family and friends will be Monday evening, April 19, 2004 from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the mortuary.
