Mark and I went to Eugene Field Elem. and James Bowie Jr. High School...until I moved away. We laughed about both of us being "red heads". He always seemed to have a much more mature insight into life. He knew how to be kind to everyone and never missed an opportunity to smile. In our 7th grade year, he escorted me in the Sweetheart Ball at James Bowie Jr. High. We were both so nervous, but Mark had a confidence about him that helped me to settle down. The picture on this site was a wonderful reminder of how that smile could light up everyone's day. My deepest sympathy and prayers to his entire family. Sandra Golding Palmer

Tom and Mary and family, I was so devasted to hear of Mark's passing. I know too well the pain of losing someone so dear. I am praying that God will comfort you and give you peace until that day when you will see Mark again, with Paul and Jesus in heaven. Love, Terri Walther
