O. T. Fisher Jr, 72, of Kountze, Texas, died Sunday February 29, 2004 at his residence in Kountze. Funeral Service will be today Tuesday March 2, 2004 at 2:00 P.M. at Broussard’s 700 W. Saratoga Hwy, Kountze, Texas, with Reverend Jeff Pittman officiating. Burial will follow at Old Hardin Cemetery in Kountze. A gathering of family and friends will begin today from 9:00 A.M. until time of service.
A native of Gonzales, Texas he lived in Kountze for 27 years and was a Heavy Equipment Operator for Local #450 Operator Engineering.
O.T. is survived by his wife: Lily Rose Fisher of Kountze; sons: Michael T. Fisher and his wife Mary of Silsbee, Johnny W. Spell Sr. of Port Acres; sisters: Lydia Switt of Burris, Linda Bergestresser of Jacksonville; brothers: Johnny Lee Fisher of Cushin, Kenny Wade Fisher of Livingston; niece: Jackie Wells of Garland; 10 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
