Since Melissa has sent this to me today, I can leave a comment.

I was very sad when I learned of Marcia's passing. Marcia was a great stepmother. None of that fairy tale stuff. I was even closer to her than my own dad.

She was truly good to my two brothers and myself and for that I will always think of her as a good person. Most people don't get a good stepmom, but we were very lucky. And loved her parents too. They treated us as family and not (STEP) grandchildren.

A Tribute to Marcia Thank you for your eleven years of devoted time to our family. You were such a dedicated, loving, caring, organized caregiver. You have seen us in hard times with the loss of our parents and the good times with the birth of our grand- children. We had many fun times at Hebert Center fund raisers. You made many trips with Douglas to all of the activities. Your sense of humor and that laugh kept us all going. You and Melissa were so precious when you took care of our house after Rita, the horrible hurricane. May God hold you in His arms and grant you peace and comfort from all of your suffering. Marcia Elnieth Andrews was a very dedicated caregiver for eleven years and she was the most relieable worker then anybody could every have. She never took a day off in her eleven years of working here and that is a unbroken record for any caregiver that I now of. She started working with me in 1997 when my parents, Mary Belle and R.T. Jackson was started to need help with my care because they both was old and had major health problems and I will aways be greatful to Marcia for steping in and when the others caregivers fail to show up. We could aways count on Marcia to be here for me. I will always be thankful to Marcia for stepping in our time of need.. I will miss you so very much. Doug JacksoN
