Sharon Kay Courts, 52, of Kountze, died Tuesday March 16, 2004 at her residence.
Funeral service will be 2:00 P.M.Saturday March 20, 2004 at Broussard’s, 700 W. Saratoga Highway, Kountze with burial to follow at Old Hardin Cemetery. A gathering of family and friends will be Thursday, March 18, 2004 from 6:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. at the mortuary and will resume again on Friday, March 19, 2004 from 10:00 A.M. until 9:00 P.M.
She was a native and life long resident of Kountze and was a homemaker.
Sharon is survived by her husband, Howard Courts of Kountze; son, Howard Courts, Jr. and his wife Renalyn of Kountze; mother, Mary Francis Brown of Saratoga; brothers, J.M. Brown of Saratoga, Darrell Brown of Liberty, Johnny Warren Brown of Saratoga, Bearl Brown of Highlands, Gearld Brown of Saratoga and Glenn Ray Brown of Saratoga; sisters, Barbara Martin of Saratoga, Ida Peirce of Baytown, Brenda Fowler of Saratoga, Vickie York of Saratoga, Linda Arrant of Saratoga and Theresa Simmons of Liberty; and one granddaughter, Ray Lyn Courts of Kountze.
