Jacquelyn Ann Hebert, 65 of Beaumont, died October 13, 2007 at St. Luke’s Hospital in Houston.
Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 16, 2007 at Broussard’s, 134 W. Buccaneer Drive in Winnie with burial to follow in Fairview Cemetery. A gathering of family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
She is survived by her mother, Lillie Broussard; sons, Dennis Hebert of Beaumont, Mike Hebert and his wife, Cindy of LaPorte, Darren Hebert and his wife, Katina of Spring, Kevin Hebert of Beaumont; daughter, Connie Hebert of Beaumont; brother, Gene Broussard and his wife, Debbie of Fannett; sister, Sandy Manela and her husband, Al of Lake Charles; grandchildren, Melyssa Hebert, Amber Blanchard, Crystal Mooney, Brittney Hebert, Jimmy Hebert, Luke Hebert, Olivia Hebert, Dillon Guidry, Lacy Guidry, Miranda Guidry; great-grandchild, Nathan Mooney. She was preceded in death by her father, Murphy Broussard, sisters, Elaine Miller and Judy Havard.
