Mary Dell Janow, 58, of Warren died Tuesday, October 9, 2007 at Memorial Hermann Baptist Beaumont Hospital. Mary was born November 27, 1948 to Jack and Mary Margaret (Cummings) Morris in Kountze, Texas. She lived most of her life in Warren and was a homemaker.
She is survived by her children, John Collins of Atascocita, and Joette Fountain of Warren; brother, Frank Morris of Village Mills; sisters, Lillie Corn of Village Mills, Jackie Halloway of Corpus Christi, and Pat Locke of Colmesneil; seven grandchildren, Jessica Fountain, Jamie Fountain, Ashley Collins, Brandon Collins, Kristina Collins, Austin Spurlock, and Milton Spurlock; and great granddaughter, Kaleigh Shavers. She was preceded in death by her husband James Janow and her youngest son, Michael Spurlock.
A gathering of family and friends will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday, October 13, 2007 at the family home, 272 CR 4473, Warren, Texas. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Broussard’s in Kountze.
