Emma Pauline “Polly” McDonald, 89, of Silsbee died Monday, October 8, 2007 in Silsbee.
She is survived by her daughters, Esther Newell and husband Ken of Lumberton and Tandy Boyd and husband Bill of Buna; son, Richard McDonald, Jr. and wife Marsha of Childress; twelve grandchildren; eighteen great grandchildren; four great, great grandchildren; sister, Bobbie Caldwell of Mississippi; and numerous nephews and nieces.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Robert K. and Ola Mae Farmer; husband, Richard McDonald, Sr.; daughter, Theresa Hall; brothers, Johnny Farmer and Walter Farmer; and sisters, Frances Shaw and Ina Grantham.
Funeral service will be 10:00 A.M. Wednesday, October 10, 2007, at Broussard’s, 490 Cemetery Road, Silsbee. Burial will be 1:00 P.M. Friday, October 12, 2007, at Quanah Memorial Cemetery in Quanah, Texas. A gathering of family and friends will be Tuesday, October 9, 2007 from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at the mortuary.
